My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with clean and comfy rooms and super-friendly staff. However, the room was a bit cold, and the dining options were limited. The hotel's location, although not as close as expected, was still good for exploring Newcastle with some limitations. The service was exceptional, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a great shower but disappointingly hard beds and pillows. The service was generally friendly, although we encountered an indifferent receptionist. The location, while close to transport options, lacks a relaxing ambiance. The dining experience was chaotic with good food variety but at a higher price than expected. Despite some flaws, the facilities were adequate for a stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, spacious, and equipped with convenient extras like an iron and ironing board, safe, and fridge. The modern and comfortable decor, along with complimentary water and snacks, made it feel like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. However, pre-booking for swimming and spa facilities is necessary, and the dining options were not the highest quality.
